I just finished the first week of the program. My TMS pain has been going on since about 2015.
The main thing that I learned this week was that immediately I become aware of pain, I perceive it differently. because when it appeared, I blamed myself for the fact that it arose, what I did wrong, how I bent forward wrongly, what I lifted wrongly, or where I caught a cold, that it hurts me. Then I anxiously watched when it would go away and planned how to limit my movement and be more careful so that the pain wouldn't return. Basically, I kept thinking about the pain when I had it and when I didn't.
I changed my way of thinking. As soon as the pain appears, I'm aware of it, but I don't panic. I don't think about what I did physically wrong, but what caused it mentally. I journal and write down things that might be a psychological trigger, emotions that might be causing it.
I have found that the pain goes away on its own like this when I don't pay attention to it and direct it to the emotions, fears and concerns that I have and haven't resolved.
Alan Gordon's status about outcome independence (https://www.tmswiki.org/forum/threads/a-word-about-outcome-independence.562/ (A word about outcome independence) ) also helped me a lot to think differently. I don't measure my progress by the level of pain. Success is measured by how little you care.
I still have pain, but when I know that it is not caused physically and I am not afraid of it, the pain itself is less intense and takes care of itself.
I feel that I am going in the right direction.

Nice work, @Pavel! There are some other newcomers who are having a hard time committing to the work, I think I will point out this post to them ;)
