New Program Day 9: Somatic Tracking

Today's post and exercise made me cry, it reminded me of all the times I didn't get the attention as a child and how much I was left to take care of myself because I was very independent. I was basically a parent to myself as a child already. That meant not receiving support, not knowing the difference between right and wrong sometimes and being treated badly when a mistake happened or for no reason because I was the person my mother put a lot of pressure on to be the adult she could talk to about her issues.
