day five pain is less but i am angry

    day five - pain is less - hopefully due to acknowledgement of TMS. Maybe because I have pushed myself to exercise and for an hour a day. However I am really angry. I don't know if I should journal more or express it out loud or just go with the flow. I am off to do some meditation.

    I would suggest some good yelling or pillow beating once a day in a safe place. Let the anger be itself, not something to be afraid of. Quite natural. It makes sense that as the body is expressing less symptoms, the "emotional load" like your anger is more conscious (or you could say it reversed: the anger is more apparent, therefore the symptoms are less). Good work!!!!
