I messed up and posted elsewhere. I think I replied to JanA. Oh well. Here goes again:

My health issues came into full bloom as caregiver of my dying husband in 2017. Then, and since, I’ve dealt with multiple issues involving pain and discomfort, along with anxiety and often, depression. They include, but are not limited to, atrial fibrillation (now under control), acid reflux, low, mid and upper back pain, burning feet, burning across mid back, neck pain, side pain, breast and chest pain, shoulder pain, higher blood pressure, dry eyes and skin, allergies, Vulvadynia, frequent urination, etc. All things akin to what everyone on this forum discuss.

I have lurked on this site for several years, read all of Sarno’s, Weeke’s and Ozanich’s (sp) books, I walk, meditate, and do breath work and as of the past year, see a wonderful therapist. Still, I feel as though I am not healing as I want to. And I would love to be pain free for the first time in many years. In truth, caring for my beloved for 10 years whipped me quite badly. I fit to a “tee” all the goodist characteristics Sarno describes although I am learning to be compassionate to myself.

I hope the Structured program will help me. Thanks to all for being here for people like me.

Welcome to the SEP @Mtnjac! And don't worry about "messing up" here - there's definitely a learning curve, and plenty of people end up posting on that lengthy introductory thread. But here you are - you figured it out and learned how to start your own thread :D

Do keep us posted and reach out with questions and insights - that's what the forum is for! welcomea
