I've had a few days where I haven't done it, so I've tried not to look back on the pain for three weeks. When I think about the pain, I've felt this symptom getting worse, and in Alan Gordon's response on the page where I listen to other people's concerns, I've also tried not to mind the thought of the pain. It's really hard, and I'm still studying, or in my daily life, thinking, "It wasn't like that before," but I'm trying to get rid of it. With this effort, the symptoms don't go away, but I've noticed that it's getting worse. From three to four weeks after college (before the TMS wiki), the brain fog isn't that bad, but it's gotten so bad since the 5th week, and I'm feeling relatively better compared to the past. I'm at the end of the 6th week. Sometimes I think like, "Isn't it just because I'm getting older?" ... I don't think I'm sure that TMS believes it yet. I think there are still doubts in the corner.
