Day 3 Exercise

    Hi all,
    It occurred to me as I was answering this exercise question that I did 5 sit-ups in bed just the other day 'testing' my body and I ran up and down my friend's porch and well as skipped down the stairs at the DMV...
    I haven't exercised per se, but I have been randomly doing more physical activity since I now know I won't hurt myslef. I am taking it slow however because my muscles are NOT toned and I can be a bit overzealous when it comes to doing things.
