Day 3 Exercise

    Questions to ponder about exercise. Yes, I exercise. Mostly, I walk with my dog, 4 or 5 days a week. We don’t go far, maybe a mile plus, but I’m up in years, so I think that’s good. I enjoy being outside and it gives me a sense of accomplishment to walk around the perimeter of the park, or in my neighborhood. People are friendly here and I feel welcome. Exercise per se, has never been my thing as I prefer being creative in a variety of ways, but I find walking gets me out and often engaged with others. It helps me lose extra pounds over time and strengthens my body. That was easy! However, the first item on my journal list was frightening.
