Has anyone cured pet/mold allergies?

My main pet/mold allergy symptom is sinus inflammation and headache. It drives me nuts. If I sleep in a house or hotel where there have been pets or mold I snore like crazy, get headaches, and wakeup feeling like I barely slept. I am currently on vacation and the hotel room has definitely had a pet, as I can see pet hair and even urine stain on the carpet. Overall its a nice and newer hotel, but when I walk into the room my nose starts to itch and I develop a headache.

My wife has told me that I've been snoring everynight (which I don't do at allergen free house).

I just want to be able to go on vacation for ONCE without having to worry about this crap.

This has been the hardest TMS symptom for me to eradicate. And for me it is TMS, as I had allergy testing and was diagnosed with "nasal sensitivity syndrome" which is TMS, as are most syndrome diagnoses. So I just take stuff for it, either antihistamines or the nasal sprays, and they work pretty well. Or I use a neti pot, which also works but is more work and you have to be sure to use distilled water and chemical free salt.

You didn't mention if you've tried taking anything for it. Since you don't have a problem at home, you'd only have to take meds when on vacation. If there is a fairly benign "fix" sometimes it isn't always worth it to treat it as TMS in my opinion.
