I was busy in the past few days, so had not been doing my daily SEP, but I am back!

I haven't been reading much so far, some guides which helped me to believe in TMS are:
    - Book "Healing Back Pain" by Dr John Sarno
    - Book "When the Body Says No" by Dr Gabor Mate - his clinical examples may resonant better with those with deeper emotional issues
    - Mind Body Healing with Ralphitness facebook group
    - Steve Ozanich's Wall of Victory YouTube videos

I accidentally found Dr. Kuttner's videos on Youtube, then I bought his book. A lot of that rang true. This led me to Heller's book, that convinced me even more, but the exercise at the end did not work that well for me, I just couldn't keep it up until the pain went. I kept doing the exercise somewhat halfheartedly. About a week later, I had the tantrum to end all tantrums, it scared the living daylights out of me. It did convince me there was something to this TMS thing. After that, I bought the Sarno book, and, shame on me, I still have to finish it. I'm doing the SEP now, that's my excuse!
