My favorite so far has been Nicole Sachs' Mind Your Body, her newest one. I am utilizing her JournalSpeak practice with meditation. Given her significant structural diagnosis in her spine when she was younger, it lent a lot of credence to the idea that my back issues are TMS. Her podcasts are awesome and help to reinforce my belief in the diagnosis.

Steve Ozanich's book The Great Pain Deception really spoke to me as well, because he spent time fighting his fear of the pain by pushing through exercise, and I have been doing the same given that exercise is such a huge part of my mental health.

I listened to the audio of the OG, Dr. Sarno's Healing Back Pain, which also served as "evidence" of my belief in TMS.
