How to overcome fear I won't recover fully or as quickly as others? Suspect it is perpetuating pain.

    Having read Dr. Sarno's Healing Back Pain and done Day 1 of SEP, i feel fear that I won't recover fully and will have to live with pain. How do I overcome this fear?

    HI Ghislaine. Congrats on the first step of acknowledging the fear. I hope you feel good about reaching out and start looking for how the fear had reduced a bit.

    Thanks Lynn. Fear level has improved but frustrated i am not all better yet so working on that.
