Day 12 How I found my regressed emotion

    in 2022 I injured my leg while preparing for a marathon - Initially I thought this is one of those subtle injuries die to the lack of warm up

    Eventually I realized this was a stress fracture. The stress fracture took many months to recover from May 2022 - Feb 2023. I started preparing again post recovery and injured again this time around my 3rd meta tarsal.
    after the 3rd injury something changed in me
    I became fearful of every move in my leg every small pain I was very cautious every bit of swelling I thought I broke my leg again

    This persistent fear lead to my sudden back pain one day. I was working on my laptop and I got back from the chair and I felt a shooting pain. Got my MRI done and came to know I had L5-S1 disc herniation and also facet syndrome.

    I suffered from debilitating pain for 6 months and came across the video and book by Dr Sarno. i’m on the of the personalities described by doctor sarno.

    Physiology of pain - i have lingering pain when I sit on my right buttock.
    The book helped me realize that it was my constant state of fear that led to my back pain

    I would appreciate you help in addressing the pain
