I have chronically lower than normal blood sodium levels but seems like more recently it has become a problem. I try to supplement as I don't naturally gravitate towards liking salty foods. I wonder how much the mind-body process affects my experience of this since I've had it for a long time, but I'm not always symptomatic. I've struggled with burning feet and lack of ability to move so many months and I feel it's a vicious cycle of I'm taking care of myself snd fear and anxiety
Has anyone on the forum struggled with hyponatremia and TMS or is there any writing on this? Thanks for any information

There are some conditions which may or may not be TMS that still need medical care.
I have two thyroid diseases which became severe and life threatening. They could treat one, and hope the other went into some sort of remission because they can’t treat both. There are some people here who suggest thyroid disease is a stress disorder, but mine runs in our family .. so who knows?
My hope was to see if TMS work affected it at all, while doing Dr. recommended treatments. So far no effect (I think it has actually activated the untreated form) but I’m not worried or freaking out because there is a well known standard of care for the one they are treating.
The key is engaging in the TMS work actively and with consistency to address these types of anxieties until you can retrain your brain to find these types of conditions less of a threat to your stress response.
