Day 3 Last time I exercised

I exercise daily. I cycle everyday and go to the gym to do a very demanding workout 3 times a week.

I played 5 a side football 4 weeks ago where I injured the foot I had operated on by kicking the bottom of someone boot, I was terrified that it would have affected something related to the surgery, luckily an xray showed nothing and I was told it was just a bruised bone, the xray looked great, you couldn't tell that I had broken anything there in the past. However, before that happened I felt great running, changing directions and kicking the ball.

I also took up 20 minute runs during lunch which really showed me how my foot was great, all pain went away the moment I ran. It was a quintessential TMS epiphany, my foot hurt while walking and sitting but when running it didn't.

I also starting playing a bit of badminton.

In my new job they have a basketball team which I'm looking forward to starting, I'd also like to continue badminton with my friend and finding a way to incorporate running into my routine rather than something that I do after work, possibly running to work once a day, or during my lunch break.

I need to get into activities that are more strenuous for the foot again (football, running, badminton, basketball), weight lifting and cycling aren't enough.
