We’re honored to welcome Ashok Gupta and Michael Galinsky.
Ashok Gupta is an internationally renowned speaker, filmmaker, and health practitioner who recovered from ME/CFS at Cambridge University using neurological research. He founded the Gupta Program, a neuroplasticity "limbic retraining" recovery program and app that has helped thousands. His published medical papers, including randomized controlled trials, demonstrate treatment effectiveness for Long Covid, ME/CFS, and Fibromyalgia.
Michael Galinsky is an artist and filmmaker who takes pictures, makes music, and tells human stories. With his partner Suki Hawley, he made All The Rage, a documentary about Dr. John Sarno that also explores the complex emotional journey of healing. Beyond film, Michael writes, walks his dog Roxy, and practices a lot of yoga,and he says his most important work is his children.
