Links in Pain Recovery Program Not Working

Yeah, that's the old original program donated by Alan way back when, and it isn't being updated by him or his team. You can do a web search on his name and the topic. And I suspect that everything introduced in the short program is addressed in more detail in Alan's 21-day Pain Recovery Program, which is presented here on the forum.

You can think of the original program as a basic introduction, and forget about the links. If it resonates, move on to the 21-day program for more of the same in more detail (where I believe/hope most of the links still work) OR if you want to go deeper and really develope tools and learn ways to use emotional writing techniques, do the Structured Educational Program on the main wiki, which was updated last year to fix a bunch of old dead links.
