So lately I have been having difficulty with journaling. I have had a few really insightful and mind clearing experiences, but lately I have been feeling like I just get lost in what I am writing. My mind gets really foggy in general (my personal brand of TMS) so my thinking is just groggy and clouded, and I feel like when I write about difficult things, I just don't have the energy and clarity to find a way out. Has anyone else experienced this? Found somethin that helps?

Hope a late reply is better than no replies at all :)...I was feeling like you describe re journaling (I suffer with 'brain fog') but I've been finding this book really helpful; it's called '21 Days to Emotional Literacy' https://www.amazon.co.uk/21-Days-Em...sr=8-1&keywords=21+days+to+emotional+literacy.
