So if the drug works, then the brain finds something else rather than migraine?

I was blocked from reading the entire article, but I picked up on a few clues:

"Headache begins when sensory nerves called nociceptors in the meninges become sensitized, sending information to the brain to evoke pain."
This sounds like the neuro process of all sensations, and the explanation of what Dr Sarno called TMS.

"CGRP blockers work only for a subset of people, as few as one in five..."
"Goadsby says the mixed results of CGRP blockers show a huge gap in the biological understanding of migraine. “This tells us there are other frameworks of migraine that need to be discovered, and other pathways,”

A success rate of one in five and it's still early days, when the placebo effect could be at work. I expect you're on the right track, @louaci.
