Day 25 Mixed feelings

Two forum prompts today. So how I'm doing so far. Well. I can honestly say I still have a metric ton of doubts, especially because my pain is a lot worse. Nicole says that's possible with her work but it has been over a month of a progressive increase and spread. What was starting to wrap around into the front from right back shoulder blade and rib pain now extends down into my lower abdomen and groin. Unfortunately with the syrinx I don't think I will ever entirely lose the doubt. Follow up MRI to track changes for that is April 28th and then I see the neurosurgeon on May 7th. I want him to look at my cervical MRI from December too, with the one disc causing ventral cord effacement I want to get his take on the chiro and physiatrist saying I'm safe.

As to part 2 and success stories, @Baseball65 's really spoke to me with braving physical activity. I try to keep it in my head when the exercise fear gets bad like it is now.
