    Hello everyone!
I'm proud that i finished this program months ago, and my symptoms really faded away except in some conditioning situations.
In these past months me and my family went through some changes and difficult situations in life, there was a lot of stress and i couldn't find a way to find a time for myself to just reflect and listen to my body. I still find it difficult to schedule time for me like I'd like to repeat the program and i don't know how to deal with commitments of daily life and with this. WHEN i began this program i was free just focusing on myself because i didn't have any job or anything now it's different!
also i have a question; my hands and arms are somehow weak due to years of doing nothing because of pain, and i don't want to think they are weak but they are, and i don't if just training and exercising gonna help or just changing the way of thinking about this matter.

Hi @Majihope, it's great to hear from you, and it sounds like you are getting on with your life and even dealing with family stress without becoming overwhelmed, so congratulations!
I'm fifty years older than you, and I can assure you that you will never regret engaging in any kind of regular physical activity to build up and maintain your strength and endurance over the decades ahead of you. I was raised in an active family, so when I was on my own as a young adult I always made sure I had regular activities and that I at least walked or bicycled as much as possible.

It was very late in life (age 60) when I discovered the joys of serious strength training (lifting weights and using weight machines) and it was quite empowering. It also helped to counteract a diagnosis of mild osteoporosis at age sixty. As women, we need to take that seriously, and it's never too soon to get started. Weight training is also a great way to overcome exercise anxiety! I was able to pay for a personal trainer once a week, but there are less expensive ways to get the training, like group classes. I highly recommend it!
