Hello! I’m Jennifer and have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, chronic migraines among other things, for which I have tried everything else to help the pain and other symptoms that I can possibly try except for Dr. Sarno’s way. The pain first started when my grandfather who was living with me at the time passed away. I have had past trauma in my life and have had back pain since I was a kid that was diagnosed as scoliosis. After the diagnosis of fibromyalgia I was then told that I didn’t have scoliosis. The pain from the fibromyalgia and migraines have severely affected the things I felt able to do I barely go out of the house except for when I need to for appointments and have trouble staying in any position for more than 10-15 minutes sometimes even less than that. I do believe That Dr. Sarno’s way to help the pain will work after watching the video on YouTube. I think I might still need to some other things that have helped at least temporarily such as yoga/stretching. I finally feel hopeful that I will lessen my pain if not eliminate it so I can live the life I want to without having to spend most of my days trying to manage my pain and feeling afraid of the pain.
