I’m back doing the structured educational program after trying it a year ago and quitting. I quit because I was in very intense psychotherapy, and I honestly thought the therapy would be enough.

Au contraire! The SEP is the way to go. And yes, very scary. But, no pain no gain. Yesterday on day five I picked one of my really bad past days in my life, and I started writing. I’ve covered this day a bunch of times in therapy, but this journaling was nothing like that. All sorts of secrets and insights were revealed to me. And now with a year of TMS study under my belt, I could see how it all fits together.

The bottom line theme of my discovery was how much my entire family depended on me—my parents and my siblings. It was horrendous pressure.

This is just an advertisement for the SEP. It’s free. It’s here on the wiki. It was designed for us. It covers all the bases. I’m in! And I’m definitely doing it because I’ve been inspired by the rest of you who are posting your journeys here or who have discussed how important it is. Thank you thank you thank you! ❤️

This is terrific information and insight into the process. It is definitely like a puzzle. Suddenly, the missing piece finds its home...
