    Hello and welcome.

The answer is Yes. Many many many many many of us. MANY.

First, please read the medical caveat at the bottom of every page. The full disclaimer can be read on the main tmswiki.org web site. We need to know that you have properly ruled out any conditions requiring medical attention before we can assume that mindbody advice is appropriate!

The main tmswiki.org home page has a link to an index of various TMS conditions with associated success stories. I know that several are gut-based.

You can go to the Success Stories subforum and scan titles for gut issues. Or, while in the SSS, use the keyword search box and under "more", limit your search just to that subforum, and try entering different keywords for chosen gut issues.

Go to Nicole Sachs' website at yourbreakawake.com, go to the podcasts page, and enter IBS into her keyword search box to find podcast episodes about gut issues. There will be plenty. IBS is TMS, in case you don't already know that.

Be sure to read either The Mindbody Prescription or The Divided Mind by Dr. John Sarno, MD.

From December through March I had crippling abdomen pain, constipation, Acid reflex, went for colonoscopy and endoscopy, only showed chronic gastritis diagnosed via biopsy. Right now I have no abdominal issues whatsoever. I did change my diet up as well (low fod map low acid) mainly since the biopsy showed inflammation, but my diet stemmed out of a desire to be compassionate towards my body, I knew stress/emotions were the underlying cause, I wasn’t relying on the diet to be my salvation. Additionally I had to actively work on not catastrophizing over the symptoms (breaking away from the ‘this is forever’ thought.) and trying to engage in life in spite of them. Still have TMS but stomach/GI issues all gone.

I'm here as well with one of my symptoms is gastrointestinal. Drs found absolutely nothing wrong with me and after a million tests I felt hopeless. I'm thankful to have found this community as it has given me hope now. I've been here just a little over a month and have learned a lot. The SEP is fantastic to start with and then you can branch out from there as you learn about more resources.
