Pelvic Pain Help

    Hello all,

    Ive been experiencing pelvic pain for just over a year. Ive been learning about TMS the last month and am certain I have it.Anyone that can relate or has got over the hump and willing to help with advice or programs that would help I would truly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

    Had this. I can sympathize with what you are going through. My humble opinion is that stress or trauma causes these symptoms and now you are in more pain that causes more stress that keeps the cycle going. The first step is believing that there is nothing wrong with you and that this is all a manifestation of stress. It can take a while, but it is the way out.
