    Hi,

I am dealing with pelvic pain like 6 months now. I beate it once without even knowing that i had tms. I struggled for 3 years with pelvic pain i did everything what the doctor said to me but nothing helped. So i gave up and accepted my life to be like this. I did live my life but with pain every day. One day i was interested in dropshipping ( entrepreneur ). I buyed a course for €4000 what really hurt me that time and focused so much to learn the skill that i was days and nights busy with it (perfectionist). I was like in the first week of learning every details about dropshipping and realized that i didn’t felt any pain. No pain sitting or standing like nothing.

That was ‘aha’ moment for me so i did not lose any focus for it and keep doing the work. Even i know that the dropshipping thing was some BS course that i buyed. After like 1 month i was complete pain free and was scary to stop the focus on it and did it for like 3 months in total. Than i decided to stop it because i was going to marry and had no time for it.

1 year i lived my life in the best way possible and realized that the pain was mental ( stil did not now what TMS was). So I married and we rented a house and buyed a new bed and mattress. After the first month of sleeping i felt my shoulder hurting on the left side. I was complaining about the mattress and said to my wife that we had to change it because it was to hard for me. My own mattress at my parents home was really soft. I did not do anything wrong with my arm or shoulder in that time.

Than the shoulder pain went away and did not feel anything for 3 months and did go to the gym and did everything without thinking of it. Suddenly at the gym that time i was feeling pain in my right shoulder after 3 months fain free at the left side. That confused me and started complaining the bed again. That i maybe was lying to much on one side while i was sleeping. Because the timing when the pain started was the switch that i made changing the bed from my parents house to my own house. Bud if the mattress is the problem how can i be pain free for 3 months and than it switched to the right side of my shoulder. It really confuses my ( most likely through the timing of the mattress change).

Al of a sudden while i struggled with pain on my right side off my shoulder my pelvic pain started. That was because i toke a little bid of viagra to boost my libido in that time. Than it began to cramp in my pelvic area and i totally freaked oud that i was again in the pain. So i had now shoulder and pelvic pain going on. It was not the viagra that made the pain chronic but the fear and attention that i gave them.

I was scared that i was again in the pain cycle in the pelvic area, because that had me in pain for 3 years everyday. Than i started after 4 months pelvic and shoulder pain researching about it because i knew the pelvic pain was mental, i beated it once without even knowing that i had TMS. I came across Dan Buglio on youtube and he described TMS so good that everything what he says is what i have experienced . He teaches TMS so peaceful and easy that i now understand how i beated in first place my pelvic pain and how i am going to beat it now knowing that i have TMS. Beating it mental knowing what causing the symptoms and what to do about it.

Now i am 6 months further and my pelvic pain is better for like 80% (2 months knowing what really TMS is). Stil doing the safety work and not fearing for it. I believe 100% that my pelvic pain is TMS and that i am going to be pain free soon. But what confuses me is my shoulder pain that i stil have to this day.
It is almost 2 years now that i have shoulder pain. First 4 months on the left side now like more than one year on the right side. The pain starts in the first second that i wake up with pain and than it eases up to the time that i go to bed again.

I did the MRI-scan and nothing specials going on, little bit of sourness. I did also go to the physical therapist and that helped a little but did not get me pain free.

I even changed my mattress for 2 months and there was a slightly pain decrease ( i think placebo). Also then the pain was still there and did go back to my own mattress. The timing of when the pain started really confuses me. I keep constantly saying that the mattress and me lying position is the problem. If i know that it is 100% tms i know that i can beat it.

Is my shoulder pain that moved from the left to the right side TMS and how is it possible that i wake up with shoulder pain when i am not thinking or fearing it in my sleep?.
