Day 5 Prioritize myself

    Think of some activities you really enjoy doing. If you could do one of these activities without feeling stressed out, without having anxiety, and without worrying about your family, kids, job, etc.

    How would that feel? Happy and relaxing, back to my younger days when I had not much responsibilities
    Why do you not do this activity more often? Time consuming, worried about being out whole day neglecting the family
    What steps could you take to do this activity stress free and without worrying about other things? Arrange with my husband to allocate a me day each week so I have a free day to do it

    Those are good goals. I hope your husband lets you have a day off once a week. He may need one, too. Can each of you spend a day or at least a night out with a friend? There's a wonderful old movie called "Vacation from Marriage." I think all marriages can use a vacation at times.
