Day 31 professional relationships

After my seperation 6 months ago. Have I been very absent from my job. It has gone beyond my efficiency and my planning. I have just been talking to my boss who was worried about me because my planning had cost me my colleagues. He knew well what was going on at home and was very understanding. I said I felt stressed and he offered a psychologist as they paid. I agreed to this and will be due for the first appointment tomorrow.
