Day 3 Question to ponder

    I am trying to continue physical activity but am still frightened of increasing my pain. Should you try and build up slowly or just launch back into your former life? One of my biggest issues is being unable to drive- I start for 5 minutes at a time and manage for a couple of days and then my pain increases and I stop again. Presumably I should just carry on? I am still feeling the fear
