Hi - I used to suffer from debilitating neck pain that finally resolved using TMS approach. I was symptom free for three years, until a few months when I developed mid-back symptoms. Around the time I developed the new symptoms I was unhappy at work. I was working long hours, had a bad boss and no hope of progression.

Knowing that I have a TMS personality, I have mostly ignored my new symptoms and continue to do normal activities. However, the symptoms have persisted and can get pretty bad while working long hours which isn't fun given that I usually work late.

I went through a few weeks of journaling, my bad boss has left, and I am looking for a new job these days and things are looking promising. Despite that I haven't gotten a full relief. I want to get people's opinions on what best to do in my situation.
