Return of the Sciatica…

Hi all,

Hoping for some guidance.

It’s been a while since I have been on this site. I was frequenting the site yrs ago when I was suffering from sciatica. The people, knowledge and the programs helped me through it and I was pain free for yrs until recently. A few months ago, the sciatica returned with a vengeance and for the second time has taken the centre stage.

Lots happened in my life lately - new job, moved to our first house (lot of renovation) and my parents visiting from overseas while we are still settling into our new house.

My new job is very stressful and I believe I have been stressed with the house move and renovation and trying to make my parents feel comfortable.

I’m not sure how to tackle this second bout of sciatica. The first time I had it, I read books and did the Structured Educational Program.

Do I repeat the above or shall I be doing something different the second time?

Any help will be much appreciated.
