Rule out the Phisical and Rule inn the mind body

Hey there guys I'M not New here but i got what it seem like a TMs flare un in my hands. Tomorrow ill check them with a pt to rule out any structural problem.

I have some clues for rule inn body, because i have pain in the hands that moves arround and it can start when i think about the pain or even image doing some activity with my hands and when have complete gone i have pain in my leg.

I know all about sarno i did had a book cure back then with the quervain síndrome but i have OCD wich is Kinda like a doubth disorder and a tms machine.
