Day 8 Some Improvement?

I’ve been following this program and I think I’ve been seeing some improvement. Before I couldn’t even enjoy my hobby of gaming for very long without pain in my fingers and finger tips, however after starting this program I can play for hours. I don’t know if this is due to this program or if it’s the fact that I have resumed activity involving my hands since November, but something is definitely working.

I have a question for those willing to answer? A physical therapist gave me exercises for my neck and upper back and I saw marginal improvement while doing them but nothing drastic. Would it go against this program to be doing exercises along with it? If anything, they are helping with my range of motion so that’s a plus. If anyone who is experienced who can answer this question I would greatly appreciate it!

This is great work! Keep doing what you're doing.

Here's my take on physical therapy: If you're doing the exercises to get over the fear of movement/strengthen your mobility (and be honest with yourself about this because the brain is very smart), then I see nothing wrong with it! However, if it's operating from the basis there is something physically wrong, then you're sending the wrong message to the brain. For example, I like to get a massage because it feels good and is so relaxing (this is okay!)

So really ask yourself if you're doing it for the right reasons. And be honest.
