This short video is excellent with a patient of Dr. Howard Schechter telling how
he healed from back and other painthrough TMS journalling.

He says he had a lot of anger and anxiety because of job and financial stress.
He tried everything medical but nothing helped relieve his pain until he
learned about TMS emotions causing it and began journaling to discover
his repressed emotions. Writing done his thoughts about how his job stressed him
and the financial problems he had began to relieve his pain. He said it didn't
happen right away, but as he kept thinking about the emotional causes
for his pain, it went away, without more medication or any surgery.

A friend told me today that the CEO of a large corporation told him today
that his leg pain is so severe he can hardly walk. His doctor had him take an
MRI months ago and told him he had sciatica and now is suggesting an
operation. I told my friend about TMS and urged him to pass it on to
the CEO which he said he would do. I emailed him about TMSWiki.org
and included video links to Dr. Sarno lectures and hope he passes it all on
    to the CEO.

The CEO told my friend he believes his pain comes from sitting in front
of the computer for work too much and not getting enough exercise.
It also can come from how he deals with job and personal and other
stresses, so TMS could be the answer to his being free of pain.

Journaling is, of course, one of the best ways of discovering the TMS
causes -- repressed emotions and our perfectionist and "goodism"
    personalities.
