Hi all, this is the first of a semi-regular weekly Group Therapy Video Chat I am hosting (I am NOT a therapist or a doctor). The first one will be tomorrow, July 12th @ 5pm PT|6pm MT| 7pm CT|8pm ET. This will be recorded for the benefit of others but if anything comes up that is like "ooops, I shouldn't have said that", let me know and I will edit it out and not publish that part of it. This is an unofficial chat, no therapists or doctors are expected to be present but might be and are welcome to join! All are welcome, you don't need a video camera and you can join by phone if your computer isn't working right.

The _loose_ agenda will be:

• Brief 30 second introductions: Where are you from? What is your name?
• Share pain stories and/or successes - 5-10 minutes/person (we need some hope!)

Post ANY questions here in this thread. I don't know the perfect format for this but the main goal is more human to human interaction and escaping the emotionless void of text-based communication. We can feel each others pain with video and voice! We can share our stories with video and voice and let it out!
