Day 1 To brain or not to brain...

This is something I truly want to believe in. I have a BA in psych, so much of it makes sense because I know how powerful the brain can be. I've also been all around the medical block, however, and it is ingrained in me to believe what I can see.

When did it all start? Hm. As far as "structural" pain, I subluxed a knee when I was 16 and ended up with knee arthritis diagnosed after; I've followed that up with both hips FAI, arthritis, and labral tears; hamstring tendinopathy; low grade common extensor tear/tennis elbow of right arm; bulging lumbar discs; now three bulging cervical discs and one very minor thoracic bulge. Pain is everywhere but multiple providers have told me I'm safe to exercise and my "structural issues" aren't causing my pain, even the actual structural syrinx in my T-spine.

So here I am. Let's do this pixie dust.
