    Specifically cricopharngyeus spasm I think.

Occasional globus sensation (worse after eating certain things -- food intolerance???) but more significantly, food gets caught in the throat and I have to double swallow to get it down.

    Can this be TMS?

THe food gets stuck below the adam's apple level. I can feel it. I believe the UES is not opening enough, or not relaxed enough.

    Occasional throat gurgle.

Your muscles are contracting due to stress/anxiety in your body, i had this breifly for about 2/3 weeks but it went away on its own and never came back and i was under a lot of stress at that point.

Can you describe your history? I've had it for 2 years. Swallow studies etc. at doctors fine. They're like "it's GERD." I'm like it's not GERD.
