UTI and frustration

It's been two weeks since I've been having urinary tract infection pains and hasn't gotten better ever since. I went to the hospital last Monday for emergency since my parents were worried. We did every type of exam: tomography of the entire body, urinalysis and blood count. Everything was normal, no infections, no bacteria, no abnormalities, nothing. The only thing detected was high pH level on my urine (alkaline).

Went to the family's doctor on the following day and he said there's nothing to worry about, including the high pH level on my urine. He recommended me to take anti-biotics for five days until it gets healed. He also believes in TMS and did some laser treatment and acupuncture in my pelvis to reduce the pain. The pain was reduced and it was finally gone, until it came back today at full force. It's a constant, burning pain that persists a lot after urinating, although I don't have pain while urinating.

I'm angry, defeated and on the verge of tears. I don't know what to do anymore. My father is going to buy another antibiotic for me today since he's worried. I didn't want to end my year in this constant state of pain.

You need to check on pH level before taking antibiotics. If it is normal, meds will not help. TMS does not heal from antibiotics.

An update: my brother's friend (who's a doctor) came at my home on Christmas and saw my exams. He told me to stop taking the antibiotics since they should've healed my urethritis by now, and asked me to do another check-up. A few days after, I decided to not pay attention to the pain. And yes, it was TMS. The pain is (mostly) gone, it's now moving all around my pelvis, but it's not bothering me much. It wants me to be worried, but I'm not going to give it attention.
