Waking up during the night and bad sleep.

    Hi! I always wake up during the night atleast once to go to the bathroom and I think it’s interrupting my sleep. I tend to get tired and sleepy during the day, but more active during the night. I could even fall asleep while driving.

    I took a sleep apnea test not so long ago and doc appointment is on the 30 or 31.

    I worry a lot why I feel tired a lot of times and it’s messing with my overall recovery. Especially since I go to the gym
