What would a life without TMS mean for me?

I do not have the back pain anymore. In retrospective it is likely that it was TMS.
However I still have chronic conditions that drastically improve when I'm in a good state of mind. Emotional.

A life without TMS would mean Freedom for me.
No more worries about back pain when sitting too much or moving too strenuous.
No more worries about finding a restaurant catering to all my allergies, because they are gone. No more ditching dinner invites.
No more strategic planning of my diet before Events, because my IBS is gone.

I'd enjoy life to the fullest, connect with other people and share food & memories.
As id have cleared my suppressed anger and healed the drive to be perfect and the good one, I'd live freely, grow my passion and do great things for the world.

Excited to start this journey and transform some emotions.

The concept of TMS makes total sense for me. Whenever I am in a great environment and was able to release or heal old stuck emotions, I usually can eat things I have to avoid the other 95% of the time.
I had really bad lower back pain, but it could be gone with emotional work within minutes. For a time as I keep repeating situations that aren't good for me.
My only doubt is: This concept is too simple. I know it's not easy to deal with, but if most people's suffering is purely because of this...
Otherwise I know that good solutions are simple, so here we go

    Day 2:

I liked the article of the day. Interesting, but also tough read.

3 Things that make me angry
    1. Management at my job
    2. Being "the Fixer" at work
    3. Me investing energy in lost causes

3 Things that make me sad was a lot harder, I might feel down, but there's no connection to sadness.
    1. That I spent my best years fighting against symptoms of what I now know is TMS
    2. The isolation my symptoms caused
    3. That no one knows about TMS.
