Hi. Just a question. I submit posts after completing a day on the educational programme. Where do the posts go???

Hi @JohnDB, and welcome! The posts are optional, and they simply exist on the public forum.

When I discovered Dr. Sarno and this site back in 2011, I had never participated in a forum before, so it took a leap of faith for me to accept the invitation in the SEP to create a post in response to completing one of the Days. Along with accepting Dr. Sarno's theories, it was one of the best things I've ever done for myself.

I see SEP responses as having multiple benefits: it can be a way to document your journey, it can help new folks see what that journey is like for different people, and of course it's a great way to start engaging with the existing community.

    So keep posting!

Thank you Jan. I know what you mean about posting hesitancy! I just can't find the posts. Maybe they are on subsequent pages, rather than the first one that comes up? BTW I think that this is a super site and a super programme. I am working my way through the days, perhaps more in hope than expectation, although I recognise that negativity can be part of the problem itself! I'm working on that too.

Ah, just go to your profile page by clicking on your username to see a record of your posts. I just did that and found your very first post that I had already liked

v good. There may be some lag? I have posted after every day - up to day 8 now. But not sure if I had to be logged in.

Hmm, okay that is odd, because I also only see a couple of Day 1 posts, and then Day 8, plus this thread. There's no lag - and... I have no idea what to tell you!

You certainly do have to be logged in to be able to post, and although you can work on the SEP without being logged in, I would think there are error messages when you tried to link to the forum and post something. Keep an eye on it?

I'm sorry you lost your content - that's a drag.

Not to worry! Some of it is in my journal. Plenty more comments to come.
