We haven't come to see that what goes on internally has the power to manifest in the material world. World of matter. TMS couldn't bully us if we did.

If you don't already meditate to utilize awareness to subdue the thinking going on inside, you'll likely never get the lay of the land. What's actually going on "inside my head?". "How about everyone else's head?".

Could you map out what is what internally? Thinking continues after your intention to stop happens. Who's that? Well, if it continues after "I" intend for it to stop, guess it can't be me. Who or what is that? I always thought that internal voice was me. I see it's not. So how do I locate myself?

Does it strike anyone else as extremely odd that nobody covered these basic questions when we were children? How about the fact that few people on this Earth can answer those questions with real, tacite, experiential understanding?

You know who could answer this? Those scientifically oriented will appreciate this. Nikola Tesla. Nevermind what's been written "about" Tesla. Read his autobiography. He had mastered the hierarchy within and knew what was what. it's free online. There's 2 versions, nobody absolutely knowing which is original, but someone slipped in some Christian rhetoric seemingly in one version.

Notice how much this man suffered. I was in a state of believing I had a hard life(I was wrong.). He almost died numerous times as a boy. Suffering is the fuse that gets lit to fuel growth.

He was aware that his ideas and inventions were not a possession of his and that the universe provided the knowledge. That's why there is a popular quote similar to "it is possible for man to know all things.".

This man brought us alternating current electricity, or the first model of power distribution that was feasible. He engineered the whole thing in his head without ever writing it down. When it was completed he wrote it down. It never needed to be altered. Over 100 years later nobody has implemented a better model.

There's a comment in the AB about how mankind had better wake up if it's going to survive. He mentions men complaining about a sour mood and being clueless that the cloudy day was the cause. So much was obvious for Tesla that few others have discovered. He even alludes to the fact he does not share some of his discoveries bc humanity would wreck itself with it.

Another nugget is where he mentions he never once did anything under compulsion. Most TMS sufferers are compulsive. Mind tells you what to do. You do it bc you believe it is you. I'm sure it manifests different in some cases.

Leonardo Da Vinci and Albert Einstein are 2 more good studies. You'll potentially start to see that it is fact that these "geniuses" had an amazing amount in common. Those same things they had in common are in contrast to the rest of society. They are/were advanced beings. Ahead of the curve. Farther evolved.

The point is to end suffering, but through coming to see what is real and unreal inside and out, you will also become more intelligent or seemingly so. Wonderful ideas reach you with ease, just like Tesla, etc.
