Who Would You be Without the Thought

I came here a few months ago and posted a short synopsis of my story. I had a comment and suggestion to look at Byron Katie's work. I want to thank the person who reached out and suggested her. I have the, "who would you be without the thought" worksheet taped up in my work/home area. Asking that question has profoundly changed my perception in a huge, positive way.
We never know where a healing word will arrive and who will speak it. I want to say thank you to those running this wiki and all the participants. We need this community. I am grateful to be here.
