Educational Program Day 28
As you finish up the fourth week of the program take a brief minute to recognize the insight that you have gained from going through this program. Think of any outstanding issues that you have not yet addressed, and makes plans to spend the next two weeks examining and confronting those issues.
Self Care Day: If you have not had a day off this week, then today is your day to do what you want. Go for a walk, garden, or do any other activity/hobby you enjoy. You probably spend a lot of your time worrying and taking care of other people. Today take care of yourself by doing something you enjoy. Feel free to be with family and friends, but only if you want to. Try to avoid people and places that trigger your symptoms. Lastly, remember to relax, have fun, and forget about having TMS/PPD!
