Epstein-Barr Syndrome referenced in TMS Books

Epstein-Barr syndrome is an ill-defined disorder characterized by fatigue and a variety of aches and pains. It derives its name from the fact that some people with these symptoms have been found to have an elevated antibody titer for the Epstein-Barr virus...A paper published in the Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology in 1994 reported a decrease in antibody titers for the Epstein-Barr virus in people who were given the opportunity to write or speak about feelings that had been hitherto repressed.
