INSTRUCTIONS 
1. Go into the edit screen by clicking on the edit tab above.
2. Copy this entire page. Yup, even the instructions.
3. Go to the destination symptom page of your choice.
4. Go into edit screen by clicking on the edit tab above.
5. Paste your entry -below- the "notice at the top of the page" 
    (if still there), and -above- everything else,
    including the "TopOfSymptomPages" template.
6. See 'SuccessStories='?? Paste the list of success stories there,
    deleting the default ("No success stories...etc").
7. Likewise for 'InTMSBooks=', paste any cross references to any books
    that mention the symptom. Delete the default ("No references document...").
8. Extras...If all the content does not fit into the template, add an Extra Section.
    Do this by:
       -Answering 'yes' to ExtraBox?
       -Filling in Title (e.g., 'Addition Medical Information')
       -Filling in the Content: Copy and paste what you want in the box,
    If you need another box, repeat for box 2
9. For SeeAlso, Paste the links to other resources here,
    deleting the default ("No links to...").
10. For Stub?, If the article is short, and sketchy, put in 'yes' after the = sign.
    Otherwise leave blank.
11. Clean up the code. Make lists (by adding a * to list items), corrections, etc.
12. Delete every thing else, from the "delete this" line down, including these instructions.
