What sort of services do you provide?
Promoting awareness of self for performance enhancement and to reduce stress and tension
Gentle hands on for relaxation and postural reeducation
Listening and talking
Referring to other health professionals eg psychotherapists/nutritional therapists where needed

Initial discussion over the phone to clarify their needs and goals and outline how I work and my

Lengthy SIRPA questionnaire for client to complete and email back
90 minute face to face or Skype session to go through questionnaire and clarify emerging themes and patterns. Teaching strategies to release unwanted emotions ie journaling
