  • My Story

Diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in 2006. Diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome in 2006. Diagnosed with GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) and/or depression over 35 years ago. Did the route of physical therapy, chiropractor, drugs, back docs/specialists, MRIs, etc. I've managed to "hide" my mood disorder from the general public and extended family members. I have read literature/books by Sarno, Ozanich, Schubiner, Schlecter, Gordon and more. My pain moves around. I know I have TMS - my brain is just giving me a run for the money.
