  • My Story

    Having back pain for almost 20 years. Diagnosed by doctor have a HNP on lumbar 4/5. I didnt like take too much medicine such pain killer and anti inflammation. I prefer take any pain, even it is sooo much pain :)
    I learn about TMS since last month, and take Structure Daily Program on this site. I have very promising progress since. I hope I'll take the success ending. Thanks for this forum and specially to Dr John Sarno, I owe you all.
