i am a 31 year old female from India. My lower back pain started in 2015. Ever since, I have tried everything from doctors, to physiotherapy, acupuncture, Ayurveda, Steroids Injections, you name it!

My MRI , X-Rays always come clean , except for a minor L4-5 disc bulge, that I am sure and even the doctors told me CANNOT be the reason for my excruciating, tearing-me-down pain! There is no inflammation anywhere in my body as ESR, CRP, ANA tests are negative too! So all INFLAMMATORY Diseases possibilities are ruled out too!

But yes , I was once diagnosed with PSYCHO-SOMATIC problems by a Neurologist , and said that it might all be in my head, But back then, I was young and immature and felt that he is not acknowledging my pain and calling me a psycho instead (silly me!) so I took no further action.

Apart from back pain, I am also diagnosed with OCD, anxiety and depression, was given some SOS meds to manage that.

My personality traits are that I am an ambitious person (but sadly thrown out of many jobs as I couldn't sit and focus because of the back pain) , envious , empathetic (cannot see anyone poor or in pain, it inflicts pain on me too!) and an emotional person.

Recently, I have come across Dr Sarno and his works via a Youtube Video in which a similar guy with LBP got rid of the pain after reading Dr. Sarno's 'Healing Back Pain' Book. I have ordered mine on Amazon and will start reading it soon!

In India, not sure, we don't have TMS Trained Doctors, any guidance from your portal will be great!

I am very positive that I have answers to all my problems in Dr Sarno's Book Healing Back Pain and I am looking forward to reading it. Soon I will have my life back!
