My Story
Hi everyone, I am 22 years old form Spain. In 2010 my knees began hurting but it was not a big deal. Summer 2012 I got a mid back pain during a a strength (gymnastic) exercise. After 3 months I ended up with pain in my entire back. After spending 2 years and half with different treatments (yoga, swimming, a lot of physical therapy, different chiropractors and ostepaths, atlasprofilax, atlantotec, alexander technique) I ended up with, neck, shoulders, entire back, chest, knee, elbows, feet with pain and severe tightness, insomnia, constipation, sore eyes, strange noise in my ears, depression, anxiety, and breathing difficulties. After reading Sarno book (April 2015), I experienced the book cure for 1 week then I got back to my old state, but my chest, knees, elbows and feet pain didn't come back.
Since 2016, almost every week I have one up to three days I feel a little better as I manage to change my relationship with the symptoms, I am
hopeful that I will be able to live pain free again like I was 5 years ago. - Loading...
